Our Philosophy

We have created a holistic approach to health and well-being.  We aim to address four areas of health: Movement (exercise), Nutrition, Rest and Spirit (morale).  We believe these four areas are the building blocks that creates a healthy individual. We strive to provide our clients with knowledge and support on how to improve in each of these four areas.
Our bodies are such marvels of engineering and design that we easily take them for granted. Pain, whether it’s from an injury, disease, overuse, or a sedentary lifestyle is usually the red flag that something is wrong. If we ignore it, the pain may subside but the problem remains.  We truly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself when given the opportunity.  The ability to heal your own body is a lifetime benefit.
At Progressive Fitness, we teach how the body heals and how to restore the body to a natural pain-free physical structure outside of medical intervention. From sedentary individuals to lifelong athletes, our program offers benefits that differ from other fitness programs. We offer the ability to heal, the knowledge on how to get more out of your body, and the capacity to lead a healthier life.  Our job is to identify postural abnormalities then design a program of movements/exercises to encourage the body to return to its original functional design. We take that a step further by designing dynamic strength routines that prevent a reoccurrence of pain or dysfunction.
