WOD - Workout of the Day
The workout of the day consists of one hour of functional training in a group setting. It involves functional training exercises with a focus on agility, balance, strength, and range of motion. Trainers will be there to adapt and personalize the workout to each individual's level of strength and ability.
This time slot is designated for those who might need additional support and guidance with their personal program/menu. The trainer on staff will be available to help clients complete assigned menus and workout.
HITT or Tabata is a high-intensity, interval style of exercise designed to improve athletic conditioning and fat burning by increasing metabolism. These workouts are comprised of short periods of intense exercise followed by a short recovery period timed with music.
Our weight training class is a beginner to intermediate level class, focused on increasing strength and adding muscle mass. This class covers three major lifts including back squat, deadlift, and bench press.
