Class Description 

WOD - Workout of the Day

The workout of the day consists of one hour of functional training in a group setting. It involves functional training exercises with a focus on agility, balance, strength, and range of motion. Trainers will be there to adapt and personalize the workout to each individual's level of strength and ability.

Shoulder Mobility and Function 

This class is open to anyone with existing shoulder issues or for the individual wanting to maintain their shoulder health.  Preformed in a group setting, this is a therapy based class with emphasis on increased mobility and range of motion of the shoulder region.  

TaeKwondo

TaeKwondo is a Korean martial art. It combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise.  Taught by expert black-belt martial artists this class teaches discipline, defense, and functional movement.  

HIIT

HITT or Tabata is a high intensity, interval style of exercise designed to improve athletic conditioning and fat burning by increasing metabolism. These workouts are comprised of short periods of intense exercise followed by a short recovery period timed with music.  

WEIGHT TRAINING 

Our weight training class is a beginner to intermediate level class, focused on increasing strength and adding muscle mass.  This class covers three major lifts including back squat, deadlift and bench press.
